For your convenience, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions and answers regarding our fall prevention safety system. Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are proudly made in the U.S.A.

Where are your products shipped from?

Depending on the destination, we either ship from our distribution warehouse located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin or from our corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping and handling costs are based solely on the size of the order and destination. As part of our ordering process, you will be informed of the shipping options and total charges.

How long does processing/shipping an order take?

If product is in stock, shipping and handling will take up to one (1) week. If custom bracket is ordered, processing and shipping will vary. Please contact us at (888) 448-4723 for a time-frame estimate.

Will I be able to track my order once shipped?

Absolutely. At any time, you may request a tracking number which will let you check for updates from the carrier service provided.

Are the toe and rail boards supplied with the purchase of HUGS brackets?

If requested by the customer, we can supply the necessary quantity and size lumber to complete the perimeter fall prevention barrier. (Additional charge for this service, please call for details.)

Can the HUGS brackets be used during the re-roofing process?

Yes, but while installing the Hugs brackets, the soffit must be removed first in order to gain access to the truss tail.

Can I order customized products?

Absolutely. We have on site product research and development staff that can manufacture a variety of custom brackets to meet your needs.

Where can I get a catalog of your product line?

Please contact us to request either a downloadable or physical copy of our 2011 catalog.

Where can I get a copy of your Installation Manual?

When you click on the “HUGS Fall Protection Installation Manual” link located under “Products” at the top of our webpage, you will be redirected to a page that has our downloadable installation manual in .pdf format. You can also download it right HERE, or contact us and request a physical copy be mailed to you.

What kind of guarantee do you offer on your products?

All of our products are guaranteed to perform to the standards set forth by our engineers and are warranted against manufacturer’s failures.
